Sightline Search LLC exists to bring the right people into view—for employers who need them, and for candidates who deserve a company that fits. We work with client businesses and professionals nationwide, across on-site, hybrid, and remote roles, who value a careful, human process over volume-driven hiring.
Every search starts with listening. Roles are defined with intention. Candidates are represented with care. The goal is simple: introductions that make sense on both sides of the table.
About Nick
I’m Nick Herrera, founder of Sightline Search. My career has been built in sales, and those years taught me what every great hire comes down to. It’s understanding what people truly need, earning their trust, and following through.
I started Sightline Search to put those skills to work for something I care about, which is helping people. I bring a relationship-first approach and a professional network I’ve spent years building.
For employers, that means a partner who listens first, gets to know your team and culture, and taps into a strong network to find people who fit. For candidates, it means someone in your corner who treats your search with care and confidentiality, and who wants to see you land somewhere you’ll thrive.
Outside of work, you’ll find me on the golf course, planning the next trip, or spending time with my family. Many of my best connections started with a round of golf or a good conversation, and I’d welcome the chance to start one with you.
